Compré un reloj Lotus de hombre con el mejor precio q encontré después de mirar muy mucho en tiendas físicas y online, adaptaron la correa a la medida de la mano de mi hijo pero la enviaron excesivamente pequeña, hicieron su trabajo con la mejor intención, pero los llamé y me facilitaron donde llevar el reloj para adaptar la correa en la medida q correspondía sin coste alguno, y así fué, de lo cual estoy muy agradecida, sé q cuando llamé para comentar lo sucedido con la medida me puse sería porq no lo esperaba y me imagino q lo entendieron pero muy amablemente me pidieron disculpas y lo dicho me facilitaron donde podía subsanar el contratiempo.
